Reconnecting with an Artist Kathir
Artist Kathir, a dear friend of mine, has always been an extraordinary talent, which I first witnessed during our college days. I vividly remember a pencil sketch he drew of Arnold Schwarzenegger from Terminator, a piece we all regarded as a masterpiece of our time. After college, life took us in different directions, and I lost touch with this artistic genius.
By God’s grace, after 25 long years, Kathir reconnected with me through social media. And when he did, he surprised me with a gift that was truly priceless—a portrait of myself that he had drawn with so much passion and love. Although it took him only two hours to create, its value to me is immeasurable, worth a lifetime.
I pray to Lord Karthikeya to bless Kathir with health and happiness for years to come. May time reward him with the fame and prosperity he truly deserves—something he has never sought after but surely earned.
Since Kathir doesn't maintain a portfolio of his remarkable work, I’ve taken it upon myself to gather and curate his artwork from our circle of friends and share it.
