Male + Female = Divine

We often find ourselves dominating either the male or female aspects of our nature. When I rely solely on my intellect and disregard the emotions of my heart, it’s clear that I’m suppressing the feminine side. Conversely, when desires disrupt my calm mind, it’s the masculine aspect that is disturbed.

For me, life is a series of stories orchestrated by the breath, which shifts its focus between these two male and female energies. All spiritual practices, whether directly or indirectly, address these fluctuations in breath.

The balance between these two energies fosters human development, while imbalance and destruction arise from favoring one side over the other.

The artwork I created today is a gift for Sreeba. As her husband, I owe her so much, but more importantly, it is her embodiment of Shakti that plays a crucial role in our mutual evolution.
